Caroline grew up in New Jersey and is a 2013 graduate of North Hunterdon High School, playing both soccer and lacrosse. She also played club lacrosse for T3 Elite. Caroline recently graduated from Gettysburg College, where she continued her lacrosse career, playing midfield and attack, and also took the draw. In 2017, she was named an IWLCA NCAA 3rd Team All American as an attacker and won the Division III National Championship. She has also coached T3 high school teams for three years.
